How do I get started?
What are your fees?
To list your property with us is free! To increase the chances of finding a buyer we also offer a range of further services, please see our Portal Services page for more information.
What are Property Portals?
Property portals are online websites such as Rightmove Overseas, Zoopla, Prime Location and Kyero that list properties for sale from thousands of traditional estate agents. Property portals allow buyers to search for a property to buy in one place rather than estate agents own websites. Listing your property with Sell4LessSpain.com significantly increases the chances of finding you a buyer as buyers are far more likely to visit an online portal. Visit our Portal Services page and choose the service that best suits you, make your payment and we will do the rest!
I am already under contract with an estate agent, is this a problem to use your services?
No. Please check the contract with your existing estate agent.
Do you charge commission on the sale?
No. We do not charge commission, everything you achieve from the sale of your property is yours saving you €1000’s.
Do you provide support through the whole process?
Yes. We believe in providing the very best in customer service and support to our customers, we put our customers first.
My existing estate agents do not charge commission, they put their commission on top of the amount I want therefore it is free.
It is not free, selling through a traditional estate agent makes your property more expensive and less likely to sell as quickly as you can with Sell4LessSpain.com
I notice you do not have any listings in my area?
It makes no difference if we have 1 or 100 properties for sale in your area, buyers will make their search on the portals we advertise with. Buyers will search for a particular area, type and price and all the properties matching their criteria will be displayed meaning your property will be included in thousands of property searches. Please see our Portal Services page for more information.
How many photographs can I upload?
You can upload up to 20 photographs and we recommend a minimum of 8, you can also send us floor plans. If your property requires more than 20 photos please Contact Us.
How quickly will my property appear online?
Please complete the form on our Add Property page to get your property online. Once the information you have provided is checked and verified we will list your property for sale on our website within 24 hours. If you have selected one of our Portal Services your property will be included in the first upload after your payment is received, this is normally less than 24 hours. We will send you links to your property displayed on the portals you have selected.
Can I make changes to my property description after I have completed it?
When your property is live we will send you a link and ask you to check everything is in order and to notify us of any changes within 24 hours. We will perform any changes within 24 hours at no cost, changes after this may incur a small administration fee.
Do you value properties?
Yes. If you would like a valuation of your property, the cost is €199. For more information please Contact Us.
Do you offer a full real estate sales service?
Yes. We are able to offer a full real estate sales service. For more information please Contact Us.
What do I do when I accept an offer from a buyer?
Your lawyer will take over once you have found a buyer. We recommend you find a local lawyer as early as possible so that there are no delays in moving towards completion once you have accepted an offer.
